Apple Scramble


  • Apple base granny smith apples 5 pcs.
  • sugar 100 g
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp l.
  • ground cinnamon 1 tsp

STEP 1 – Mix butter with egg, sugar and flour, add a pinch of salt and soda. Grind into crumbs. Send it to the refrigerator for half an hour or overnight.

STEP 2 – Peel the apples, cut into small wedges. Put in a skillet, add lemon juice and cover with sugar. Cover, simmer over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Make sure that the apples are not soft. Once tender, remove from heat and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

STEP 3 – Remove the crumbs from the refrigerator, pour apples evenly. Bake at 220 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
