Sourdough pie with rampson and egg
Ingredients
Sherry – 350 gEggs – 6 pcs.
Kefir – 1 cup
Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Salt – 1.5 tsp.

Another option for a tasty dish with ramson and egg is a pie. I propose to make the pie from the pouring dough, which does not require a long kneading. So, the pie with ramson and egg…Boil 4 eggs and finely dice them, wash and cut the ramson – the filling for the pie.
Knead the dough: beat 2 eggs into a fluffy foam.
Add the kefir and mayonnaise and whisk again until smooth.
Add the flour with the baking powder and salt, making sure to sift it. Add the flour gradually, the dough should come out like pancakes. You may therefore need more flour, or not all of it.
Divide the dough into two parts, and pour one part into the pie dish.
Place half of the rampson in an even layer and salt.
Place the sliced eggs, salt. Place the remaining rampson on top of the eggs.
Pour the pie evenly with the second part of the batter.
Bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick.
Remove the finished ramson and egg pie from the mold and cool.
