Step by step recipe with photoThe biscuits made with this recipe are tender and fluffy. You can cut it into slices only after it has cooled completely. I recommend not opening the oven during baking and not taking the biscuit out at once, it may cause it to fall off completely.
The height of the finished biscuit is about 4 cm.
The biscuit goes well with sour cream, cottage cheese cream or berry soufflé. Have fun experimenting!
To make the biscuit on boiling water, prepare the products according to the list.
Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy mass for 10 minutes. At the end of the beating add boiling water.
With a spoon or on minimum speed, add the sifted flour, starch and baking powder.
Layer the form with baking paper and pour out the batter. Place in the preheated oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until browned. Remove from the oven when cool.
