Let’s start cooking chicken fillet with vegetables in the oven.
Wash and dry the fillet, lightly hammer it and coat it with finely minced garlic mixed with salt. Leave for 20 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes, immerse them in steep boiling water for 30-40 seconds, then dip them in cold water for a few seconds. Make a cross-shaped incision in the top of the tomato and pulling away the edges of the incision remove the skin, then finely chop. Finely chop the onion.
Sauté the onion in a little olive oil, add the chopped tomatoes, stew for 10-15 minutes.
Fry the fillets in a little olive oil until golden brown.
Lining the baking dish with foil, place the fried fillets.
Put the vegetables on top of the fillets.
