Chicken liver goulash

I always cook liver for a minimum time, then it comes out very tender and tasty. Once the liver changes color – no need to cook it further. Serve pasta, vegetables, rice or buckwheat as a side dish.

Wash liver, cut out veins. Cut liver into small pieces.
Peeled onions shred in half rings.
We fry the liver with the onion in the oil until the color changes, low heat.
In the meantime, stir in water sour cream, flour, salt and spices.
Pour this mixture into the pan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for a few minutes and turn it off.
