Chicken shanks in the multicooker
Ingredients
Chicken shanks – 1 kgLarge onions – 1 pc.
Large onions – 1 pc.
Water – 1 cup
Parsley – 1
Refined vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt, ground black pepper

To cook chicken shanks in the multicooker, prepare the necessary ingredients.
Wash chicken shanks, dry them with paper towels, salt and sprinkle with seasoning and pepper.
Slice the onion into thin half rings or small cubes (whichever you prefer).
Finely chop the parsley.
Pour the vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl of the multicooker. Set the “Fry” mode on the display. Transfer the shanks to the multicooker and fry on all sides for 1-2 minutes without closing the lid.
Pour a glass of boiled water, add onion and sour cream. Salt to taste. Cook shanks in “Stew” mode for 35-40 minutes with the lid of the multicooker closed. 5 minutes before the end of cooking add parsley.
Delicious chicken shanks cooked in the multicooker are ready.
