  • cream – 75 ml

Cut the potatoes into pieces and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Meanwhile, boil the cabbage for 10 minutes until soft; drain. Heat half the oil in a skillet and fry the onions for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep cabbage and onion warm.

Drain the potatoes, return them to the pan and place on the heat for one minute to dry them out. Add the cream and heat through. Mashed potato with 25 g butter; season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
