- white cabbage ½ head of cabbage
- young carrots 1 pc.
- young garlic 1 clove

- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
- “Moskovsky Provencal” from the brand “I love to cook” 70 g
- sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- pumpkin seeds to taste
- celery stalks 1 pc.
- chilli flakes 1 pinch
Finely chop the young cabbage, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and gently mash with your hand. Grate the carrots, finely chop the garlic, onion and celery. Add carrots, garlic, onion, celery, pepper to the cabbage and mix.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Add dressing to salad, chili and mix well again. Calcine the seeds in a frying pan.
