Combine the butter and condensed milk. I boil condensed milk myself, if you are going to use store bought condensed milk, it is important to choose a very good quality, it should not be liquid.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
The cream of boiled condensed milk is ready.
It is great for cakes under mastic or for anthrax. In other proportions of butter and condensed milk it is good for puff pastry or other baked goods.
