Belyashi in the oven
IngredientsKefir – 1 cup
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Salt – pinch
Soda – 1 tsp.
Margarine – 100 g
Flour – 3 cups
Stuffed pork – 450 g
Onions – 2 pcs.

Step by step recipe with photoTo cook belyash with meat in the oven, prepare the products according to the list.
Stir the baking soda in the kefir.
Combine the kefir with soft margarine, egg and one egg white and mix. Leave the egg yolk to grease the dumplings before baking.
Add flour in batches and knead a dough that is elastic and not sticky to your hands. Cover the dough with a napkin and prepare the filling.
Add minced onion, minced through a meat grinder, salt and spices. Mix thoroughly.
The dough is divided into small pieces, roll them in flour.
Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick and make ordinary belyashi. Fill one tablespoon at a time.
Place the belash on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Grease the belyash with egg yolk and put it in a preheated 180 degrees oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
