For the recipe you will need:
- raw ham (thick slices) – 4 pcs.
- egg – 4 pcs.
- fritters or thickly sliced bread slices – 4 pcs.
- Sweet dill (fennel) or onions – to taste
- garnish vegetables – to taste
- egg (yolk) – 2 units
- lemon juice – 2 tsp.
- butter – 125g.
To prepare Eggs Benedict you need to wrap the meat in foil and cook over medium heat. Fry, stirring the yolks with the fried bread crumbs.
Heat butter until sizzling. Place cooked boiled vegetables for garnish in meat, drizzle all over with butter, and sprinkle with egg and bread crumbs.
Put slightly cooled meat on the fried flatbread, pour lemon juice, sprinkle with dill or chives, and serve.
