Noodles – 360 gPork – 240 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp.
Water – as much as needed to boil the noodles
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter – 30 g

Classic noodles are actually pasta, onions, and minced meat. No carrots, tomato paste, bell peppers, cheese, or any other additives that could complicate the dish and affect its final taste.It is because this dish is quick to prepare and does not include complex ingredients that it is a “navy” dish. It’s the same with noodles, only instead of the usual pasta, it’s noodles!:) Tasty, fast, affordable, everyone likes it and always eats it – that’s what noodles are like:))) Let’s cook!
So, to prepare noodles with minced meat, prepare the noodles, pork, onions, sunflower oil, water, salt, pepper, butter. Cut the meat coarsely and the onions finely.
Fry the onion in the sunflower oil, mince the pork.
Add the minced meat to the onions and fry until tender, with salt and pepper to taste. Boil the noodles in salted water until tender, rinse with a little water.
In a pan of noodles, transfer the minced meat from the pan, add butter.
Mix the noodles with the minced meat and butter. The butter should melt.
