IngredientsMilk – 150 ml
Sugar – 0.5 tsp.

Wheat flour – 250 g

Take the following ingredients.
Dissolve the sugar in the warm milk. Pour in dry yeast. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Add salt, sunflower oil, and sifted wheat flour.
Knead into a soft dough that is not sticky on your hands. Leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Add chopped onions to any minced meat. Season with salt and ground pepper. Mix well.
Knead the dough well. Divide into small balls. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Use your hands or a rolling pin to form a patty of the desired diameter. Place the filling in the center, lift the dough across the diameter to the center and secure, leaving an opening at the top.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the billets hole side down. Fry on a low heat until brown, on both sides.
Remove the fat from the frying pan, place the puffed dumplings on a napkin, and serve at once.
