To prepare fish fried in parchment, you need to take fresh fish, refined sunflower oil, fish seasoning and salt.
Cut the fish into boneless fillets and cut into large chunks.
Cut each piece on the skin side obliquely in several places. This will allow the fish to retain its shape when frying. Salt the fish to taste.
Grease a sheet of parchment with sunflower oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Place a portion of fish on one side of the sheet.
Fold over the parchment and seal the fish.
Place the fish on a dry heated frying pan and fry on both sides until browned.
Remove the parchment.
