Wheat flour – 250 gMilk – 150 ml
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Dry yeast – 1 tsp.
Jelly – 200 g
Chicken yolk – 1 pc.

Do you like sweet homemade baked goods? I suggest baking some jam cakes at home. It’s not hard at all if you read and watch our recipe carefully. A hearty snack with a cup of fragrant tea is assured.To make waffles with jam from yeast dough, take the following products.
Pour warm milk into a deep container. Add sugar and yeast. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Pour in salt, wheat flour.
Knead into a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Leave in a warm place for 50-60 minutes.
Roll the dough, form a sausage, cut into portions. From each piece form a small flatbread. Place in a baking dish, cover with parchment. Allow to proof for 20 minutes.
Take a cup of small diameter and make a depression in the center. Brush the billets with beaten egg and arrange the marshmallow. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-50 minutes, until golden.
The jam cakes are ready. Call your family for tea.
