Glazed Tarts
Ingredients
Eggs – 3 pcs.Sugar – 150 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 bag
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Milk – 200 ml
Baking powder – 15 g (1 pack)
Flour – 300 g
Milk – 500 ml
Cake cream – 2 bags
Water – 250 ml
Cake jelly – 1 bag (Götterspeise)
Canned apricots – 450 g

This cake is just right for the spring holidays. It would look very nice on any holiday table. I used our German jelly, but if you don’t have it, I think you can use any of your tried-and-true ones. I made this recipe for “Home Restaurant” magazine.So, to make Glazed Cakes, let’s prepare the products according to the list.
Let’s make a biscuit. We divide our eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites to a peak.
Crush the yolks with the sugar until white. Add the vanilla sugar. Then put all the other ingredients for the biscuit and the flour too. At the end add the whites and mix gently.
Pour the dough onto a sheet about 30 cm by 40 cm.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let the cake cool. Take a square mould and cut the biscuit on the sides. Leave the shape and fix it well.
We make the cream. I had instant cream. We mix such a cream with cold milk and whip with a mixer. If you do not have it, you can boil ordinary pudding with 500 ml of milk, as it is written on the package. So, pour the cream on the biscuit.
Smooth the cream over the shape. Let it set, if necessary.
Now we take the apricots from the jar. We strain them. And lay them out as shown in the picture.
This is what our pie will look like.
Now let’s make some jelly. I had green, but you can have any kind. We make it as it is written on the package. Dissolve it, cool it, and pour it on the cake.
We put it in the cold. When everything is frozen, cut into squares.
