While the potatoes are cooking, remove the butter to soften. Put the egg and butter in the potatoes. Add flour, sour cream and basil. Do not forget to add salt. Add chopped green onions to the dough. Knead a homogeneous dough from the potato mass.

Now we will form cakes of the same size from potato dough, so that they form well, you can also add a little flour. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan for frying potato cakes.

Fry the fudge on both sides over medium heat. Put the finished fudge bread on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
