Step by step recipe with photo
With the onset of warm days, we more and more often go to picnics and always the main topic of the table at a picnic is a kebab. There are many variants of marinating shish kebab. All of them are aimed at making the meat juicier and softer. The recipe I want to suggest is time-tested in our family. Any other improvisations with kefir, mineral water, kiwi, etc. have failed for us. This particular one holds up.
I will say that you have to marinate the meat in advance, preferably in the evening. You can see from the photo that I marinated it late in the evening.
To cook juicy ham on the grill, remove the bones as much as possible. Simply cut from the inside of the ham, freeing the bone from the meat.
Cut the onion into half rings, squeeze with your hands and add to the meat. Put the ketchup and mayonnaise in there as well.
Cut the lemon into slices or small cubes.
Of the spices, add black pepper, turmeric and chili pepper.
Add the soy sauce and put the meat in a saucepan. Cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator until morning.
The next day the meat is ready to bake on the grill.
Juicy chicken thighs on the grill turn out spicy and very tasty. You must try it!
