To make khachapuri with brynza at home in the oven, we need sour cream, brynza, milk, butter and sunflower oil, water, yeast, flour, salt and sugar.
We add milk, salt, sugar and yeast to the flour.
Knead a soft elastic dough.
In the meantime, let’s make the filling. Grate the cheese and butter on a grater.
Add salt, sour cream and water.
Mix everything and add the flour.
Mix everything together. The filling is ready.
Then we take the dough and divide it into equal parts.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Then we form a boat.
Grease the foil with vegetable oil. Transfer the pans to the baking tray. Then put the filling in them.
Place the boats in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees. Bake until golden brown.
Then break one egg in each boat.
And put it in the oven for another 3 minutes to set the egg. That’s it, the khachapuri cooked in the oven are ready.
