Nest cutlets with mushrooms and cheese will appeal to fans of tasty and hearty dishes. Try making them, and maybe they will become a favorite for you and your family.I used mixed stuffing for the cutlets (pork + beef), you can take any mushrooms, I have frozen porcini mushrooms. Instead of cheese you can use mayonnaise or sour cream.
Finely chop onions, grate carrots.
Sauté the vegetables in a little oil.
Defrost the mushrooms (I have frozen white), finely chop them, and fry in a little oil.
Add salt, pepper to the mince. Soak a slice of bread in water, squeeze, add to the mince, mix. Pour a little water to make the stuffing malleable. Knead.
Grease the casserole dish with a little vegetable oil. Make balls of minced meat weighing 65-70 g. Make a hole in each ball. In each cavity put a layer of onions and carrots.
Then put a layer of mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Nest cutlets with mushrooms and cheese are ready. Bon appetit!
