Starchless oatmeal kissel with linden honey
I used to hate oatmeal and everything related to it about 10 years ago. But lately my love for this product has increased a hundredfold, now I just adore it, and oatmeal kissel especially!
Oatmeal kissel is a light product, pleasant to the taste and surprisingly useful! Everyone who has ever had problems with the gastrointestinal tract has probably heard about the benefits of oatmeal kissel. At me, for example, such problems are seasonal – in the spring and fall, acidity increases, and then oatmeal kissel comes to the rescue! It helps perfectly, and it tastes great! I highly recommend this dish as a dessert and as a cure!

Step by step recipe with photoProducts for oatmeal kissel, just three ingredients!
Fill oat flakes with clean drinking water and leave at room temperature for a couple of days, covering the container with a napkin so as not to obstruct the access of air.
When the mixture has swollen and begins to give off a nice yeasty aroma, rub it over the pan through a fine sieve.
Boil the resulting mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. In 2-3 minutes the mixture will become thick and homogeneous. Remove the pot from the heat.
Cool the kissel to 40 degrees and add linden honey to it. Stir.
Pour the kissel with honey into jars and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to cool!
Oatmeal kissel with linden honey is ready! Serve it for breakfast, dessert, or eat it on an empty stomach for therapeutic purposes. Bon appetit and good health to all!
