Step by step recipe with photoToday I want to share with you our family recipe for this dish. Try it, maybe sour cream okroshka will be to your family’s liking as well!
Prepare the ingredients for the sour cream okroshka according to the list. Boil 2 liters of water and let it cool while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Boil the potatoes and eggs. I boil everything together in the same pot, only I take the eggs out of the boiling water after 12-15 minutes, and boil the potatoes a little longer than 25-35 minutes, until tender.
Prepare the remaining components of the okroshka. Finely chop radish, cucumbers, sausage. Cool the chicken eggs and potatoes and finely chop them.
Combine and mix all ingredients in a large container or saucepan. From the specified number of ingredients you get almost a full 5-liter pot of okroshka.
For the dressing, add sour cream and mayonnaise to the chilled water. Stir thoroughly. Add salt, ground black pepper, citric acid, mustard to taste.
Finely chop the dill and spring onions.
Combine all ingredients. Add the dressing and chopped greens to the vegetables. Mix everything well, add a little more seasoning and spices to taste if necessary.
Okoshka on sour cream is ready.
Before serving okroshka with sour cream, it is desirable to cool and let it infuse a few hours in the refrigerator, but even freshly made it is already very tasty.
