In the previous recipe we baked the turpus in foil, this time we roast it. Despite the fact that we have the same fish, the taste of the dishes is completely different because of the cooking method. Fried food is not one of the list of healthy dishes, but sometimes you can treat yourself to a crispy crust, if there are no contraindications and if you do not abuse it.

Initial manipulation of the fish is standard: clean, wash, remove all unnecessary – fins, gills, guts.
