Despite the fact that we have the same fish, the taste of the dishes is completely different because of the cooking method. Fried food is not one of the list of healthy dishes, but sometimes you can treat yourself to a crispy crust, if there are no contraindications and if you do not abuse it.
To prepare pan-fried turpus prepare the products according to the list.
Initial manipulation of the fish is standard: clean, wash, remove all unnecessary – fins, gills, guts.
Cut into portions.
Mix the flour with salt and spices.
Roll the pieces of fish in flour.
Heat a frying pan with oil, put the fish in the heated oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn it over, add onion cut in half rings and fry on the second side. If the pieces are too thick, turn down the heat and cover to bring the fish to full readiness.
Place the grilled turpus on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Well-cooked fish is easy to separate from the bones and at the same time juicy inside.
