In this recipe for pocket buns, I want to show not so much the dough, but rather the idea of shaping the buns. It is very convenient to make such a bun as a snack sandwich. By inserting slices of ham or cheese, as well as fresh vegetables into the “pocket”, you get a great sandwich that is easy to eat. In addition, it looks original.

The buns themselves are soft and very tasty. It is convenient to take such a snack to the nature, to work or to school.

Add the yeast, sugar and two tablespoons of flour to the warm milk and water. Stir, cover with a napkin and let the stew rise in a warm place.
