Pork in onion peel

Step by step recipe with photoI bring to your attention one of my favorite ways to cook meat. For the recipe, thanks to my friend Irina and her mother. This recipe can be used to cook pork, beef, and chicken. The meat is extremely tender and juicy, and spices and seasonings you can choose to your taste. Moreover, the recipe is quite inexpensive and requires a minimum of effort from you.
So, let’s start cooking pork in the onion peel. We need meat, onion peels and salt. I have two pieces of pork, 350 grams each, and I weighed the onion peel for fun; it turned out to be only 12 grams in a large handful.
Rinse the onion husks properly, put them in a saucepan, put the meat on top, pour 3 liters of water and pour 6 tablespoons of salt. Do not worry about the amount of salt – the meat will not be over-salted. Put the salt without a big slide.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour. If you have pork – a big piece, increase cooking time by 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, take out the meat and put it on foil.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can make several pieces with different spices and seasonings. I sprinkled one piece with dried ajika.
The other piece I made in rosemary. Roll the hot pieces of meat in the selected spices.
Wrap tightly in foil and leave until cool. During the cooling time the meat is soaked in flavors and becomes absolutely delicious.
We cut the pork boiled in onion peels into slices and treat family and friends with pleasure! The meat is very tender and juicy!
