Pork with vegetables in pots is suitable not only for a wonderful family dinner, but also for entertaining guests. So, to cook pork with vegetables in the oven we need: pork, vegetables and a piece of cheese.
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a hot pan until lightly crispy, to preserve all the juiciness.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the vegetables. Since we are cooking with peas, we also cut the other vegetables into appropriate sized cubes. The garlic can be grated or squeezed.
When the meat is fried, put it in pots. Then lay the vegetables in layers: onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and peas. You can add vegetables randomly, but you need to remember that carrots take longer than other vegetables to cook. Do not forget to salt the meat and vegetables.
At this point you need to add 50 ml of water or broth, for more juiciness. Cover the pots with lids and put them in a cold oven. Cook for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Five minutes before cooking add grated cheese to the pork and vegetables.
