Step by step recipe with photoI offer you a wonderful recipe for cooking potatoes. With a minimum of ingredients – a wonderful result, potatoes are fragrant, tender, very tasty. I don’t usually want to peel small potatoes, but this recipe calls for small potatoes! A little bit of effort – and a wonderful dish is ready! And the aromas while baking are so good that you keep looking at the clock – isn’t it time to take them out?
So, to cook potatoes in parchment we will need: potatoes, garlic, salt and seasonings. I like to cook with a mixture of peppers and rosemary.
Take a large piece of parchment, on one half lay well-washed potatoes, garlic (do not peel), add peppers and rosemary, salt and vegetable oil.
Cover the potatoes with the other half of the parchment sheet and fold up the edges. You get an envelope like this.
Place the rolled parchment on a baking tray or on a rack and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees. 10 minutes before the end of the process, open the parchment and put it back in the oven.
Our potatoes in parchment are ready! Serve with herbs and vegetables, you can serve them directly on parchment. Bon appetit!
