Potatoes with minced meat in the multicooker
IngredientsGround pork – 300 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Sunflower oil – 60 ml
Potatoes – 1 kg
Water – 200 ml
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Garlic – 1-2 cloves

Step by step recipe with photoPotatoes with minced meat – it’s nourishing and tasty at home. Potatoes, minced meat, onions – all this is stewed in the multicooker, and in the end add garlic. This dish can be both a side dish and the main course, depending on what to serve such potatoes with and what the ratio of minced meat to potatoes is.
Let’s proceed to cooking potatoes with minced meat. To cook stewed potatoes with minced meat in the multicooker, prepare the minced pork, onion, sunflower oil, potatoes, water, salt, ground pepper, garlic, seasonings and spices to taste.
In a pan of the multicooker heat oil (program “Fry”), transfer the minced meat and onion (small cubes) into it.
Fry the onion and minced meat for about five minutes, salt to taste and add spices and seasonings (for potatoes, minced meat or any other). Fry everything for another minute.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized pieces. Transfer the potatoes to the pot of the multicooker.
Stir, pour in water from the kettle, salt, and close the lid.
Braise potatoes with minced meat until tender (program “Stew”, 30-50 minutes depending on the type of potatoes), at the end add garlic and ground pepper. Stir and turn off the multicooker.
