Step by step recipe with photoThere are a lot of recipes for making Raphaello candies at home. Of course, the taste of these candies makes us experiment again and again. Only the coconut and almonds remain unchanged.
I want to introduce you to my version of this dessert, which tastes as close to the original as possible.
To make the candy you need to take condensed milk, butter, coconut and almonds.
Pour boiling water over the almonds and leave them for 10 minutes, then easily remove the skins.
Lightly toast the kernels in the oven.
Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan and put the butter.
While stirring, simmer the mass for 15 minutes in a water bath.
Add half of the coconut shavings.
Stir the mixture thoroughly, remove from the fire and cool in the refrigerator.
From the resulting mass to form balls, putting in each one kernel of almonds, roll in the remaining coconut shavings and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Done! Homemade Raffaello candies can be served to the table. Have a nice time!
