My neighbor calls this salad “Antidiabetic,” and in terms of its content of useful and vitamin components it is quite consistent with its real name. This dish is a treasure trove of vitamins! Very tasty! Recharge! To prepare the salad “Vitamin Recharge” you need to take sauerkraut (for example, with cumin and carrots), pickled sea kale, fresh beets with dark brown flesh, purple onion, olive oil, green basil and salt.
Finely chop sauerkraut and sea kale.
Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then slice each half into thin half rings.
Beets peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Combine the beets, pickled seaweed, sauerkraut and onions, season with oil and salt to taste.
Mix thoroughly.
The salad “Vitamin refill” is ready. Garnish with a sprig of green basil when serving.
Bon appetit!
