Kebab with kiwi
Ingredients
Pork (ham, shoulder) – 1 kgKiwi – 1-2 pcs.
Black pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste

Fruit juices are great and quick to marinate meat. Sometimes I take kiwi as a marinade for pork ham or shoulder shish kebab. The meat softens and cooks faster over the coals, most importantly, do not keep in such a rather aggressive marinade pieces of meat longer than an hour! Purée of kiwi is able to turn the meat almost into mince…For the kebab with kiwi, prepare the pork pulp, kiwi, black pepper and salt.
Cut the pork meat into pieces.
Grate or mashed potato the kiwi. Sprinkle the pieces of meat with ground black pepper and mix with the kiwi puree. Leave the pork shish kebab in the marinade with the kiwi for 20 minutes to an hour, no longer!
Then the prepared pieces of pork should be threaded on skewers and lightly salted.
Fry the kebab marinated in kiwi over hot coals on a charcoal grill. Periodically turn the skewers so that the meat is evenly cooked on all sides. Pieces of lard usually burn and even charred. If you want you can cut or trim off the black slices if you serve them, but there are lovers who are not without pleasure eat them ))
Pork shish kebab with kiwi is ready.
