Sausage and sausage
IngredientsCabbage – 300 g
Sausages – 4 pcs.

Tomato sauce or ketchup – 2 tbsp.

Step by step recipe with photoWhen people talk about solyanka, the first thing that comes to mind is soup, but solyanka can also be cooked with white cabbage with meat or, in a simplified version, with sausages. I have encountered information that such solyanka was prepared in public catering establishments. Today we are going to make it at home.
Homemade food is always tastier than catering, but we choose the highest quality sausages – without soy and other vegetable additives. For the preparation of this dish the cauldron is the best, but if it is not available, then simply choose a pot with the thickest bottom and walls.
To prepare hodgepodge with sausage prepare the products according to the list.
Fry the onions and carrots.
Add grated cucumber.
Then the tomato paste. Continue frying, stirring occasionally.
Put chopped sausages.
Shred the cabbage, add it to the pot, salt, pepper, bay leaf, pour a little water, after boiling turn down the heat to minimum, cover and stew until the cabbage is ready about half an hour.
Solyanka with sausages and fresh cabbage is ready.
Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
