Sponge cake with cottage cheese and cream
Ingredients
Biscuit on boiling water – 1 pc.Whipping cream – 500 ml
Soft cottage cheese – 200 g
Sugar – 1 cup
Gelatin – 1 tbsp.
Milk – 50 ml
Chocolate – 50 g
Cream liquor – 50 ml

I made this sponge cake with curd and butter cream with boiling water. But if you have your own proven sponge cake recipe, you can bake a sponge cake according to it. The filling for this cake can be any soufflé, such as cream and boiled condensed milk or cream and melted chocolate. Cover the cake with chocolate frosting, as well as crumbled chocolate or nuts.To prepare the cake prepare the products according to the list.
Cut the biscuit into two cakes.
Stir the gelatin in cold boiled milk and leave to swell for 20 minutes, then heat the gelatin in the microwave, but do not boil.
Whip the cream and sugar.
At the end of the beating, add the cottage cheese and prepared gelatin.
Place the cake in the cake tin. The diameter of my mold is 26 cm. Soak the cake in liqueur.
Spread the cream on the cake, leaving a little for the top.
Place the second cake on top of the cream. Spread a thin layer of cream on top of the cake.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight until solidified.
Remove the cake from the cake tin. Sprinkle the top and sides with grated chocolate.
