Strawberry and tomato tartare has become my favorite among summer salads. Bright, tasty, and low in calories, it’s the perfect salad for girls! The strawberry-tomato combination is just made for true foodies.Instead of parsley, you can use cilantro, basil, or thyme, which also go well with both strawberries and tomatoes. Have a new gastronomic experience!
Grind the coriander in a mortar. Add lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skins. Remove the flesh and seeds and cut into small cubes.
Wash the strawberries, put them on a paper towel, and then cut them into the same small cubes.
Add the tomatoes and strawberries to the bowl with the dressing and mix thoroughly.
The strawberry and tomato tartare is ready and can be served.
Bon appetit!
