Strawberry and tomato tartare has become my favorite among summer salads. Bright, tasty, and low in calories, it’s the perfect salad for girls! The strawberry-tomato combination is just made for true foodies.

Instead of parsley, you can use cilantro, basil, or thyme, which also go well with both strawberries and tomatoes. Have a new gastronomic experience!

Grind the coriander in a mortar. Add lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
