Vegetable rolls with cucumber and avocado
Ingredients
Cucumber – 1-2 pcs.Avocado – 1 pc.
Lemon – 0.5 pc.
Sesame – to taste
Basil – 2-4 sprigs
Mint – 1 sprig
Fresh herbs – to taste
Green onions – 3-4 stalks

Prepare the ingredients. The base of the rolls is cucumbers and spicy avocado sauce. The filling can be any vegetables and herbs – both fresh and pickled.
In the bowl of a blender, add the pulp of one avocado, basil, mint, parsley or other fresh herbs to taste. Add 2-3 stalks of green onions or 1 small salad or onion, lemon juice, sesame seeds, salt and ground black pepper. If desired, add garlic and some grated ginger root.
Grind until smooth. Taste and add seasonings and spices to taste if necessary.
Cut the vegetables for the filling into thin long slices.
Use a grater or potato peeler to slice the cucumbers into thin strips.
